Here are a number of photos of the production of wall beams and roof components for our solid timber houses.
The timber is dried artificially elsewhere and arrives in our workshops already 'sawn'. If necessary, the beams are sawn again in the saw mill and turned into specific timber sections. The material to be used is strictly selected.
The planing shop has a heavy four-sided planing machine with automatic stacker. The timber is planed with this machine until it is extremely smooth.
The grooves for the corner joints are made on CNC-controlled machines, after which the beams are stacked (with stacking slats between each layer).
