Dear Sir,
I am writing to thank you for the superb work that you carried out here. I am very satisfied with the quality and the way in which my office has been done. I was able to work in it for the first time last week. A great success! Keeping to the timing and finishing work that has been started is not something that goes without saying in the building trade. It is nice to discover that you do keep your promises and look for solutions.
I have a question: can I hang up a (small) bookshelf? I asume that the best place to drill in the wall is where the vertical supports are. Can I go by the positions indicated on the plan dated 6/7/05? However, I don't have anything that indicates where the beams are in the back wall (the blank wall). Could you let me know where they are?
There is one slightly less positive note: I have had to really scrub the inside walls because of all the muddy fingerprints ... I managed to remove them and, once again, I'd like to say that I am very satisfied with the result.
Please pass this message on to the people who worked here and to your technical personnel who prepared everything.
Kind regards. I wish you success in the future,
LP
